Not sure if your PC is x64 or ARM? Here's how to check.
  1. Open Settings (press the Windows key and type "Settings").
  2. Go to System, then scroll down and click About.
  3. Under Device specifications, look at System type.
  4. If it says "x64-based processor", download the x64 versions below.
  5. If it says "ARM-based processor", download the ARM versions below.
1 Install the .NET Desktop Runtime

F.I.R.E. Ready requires the .NET Desktop Runtime to run. Installing it first ensures the app launches without any extra prompts. Pick the version that matches your system.

2 Install F.I.R.E. Ready

Download and run the installer that matches your system. Follow the on-screen instructions — it only takes a minute or two.

3 Download the Master Library

The Master Library contains over 7,000 specialized narratives for the Hearth Industry. Once downloaded, open F.I.R.E. Ready, switch to the Libraries tab on the left side, then drag the downloaded file into the window to import it.

Mac users: Native Mac support is coming later this year! In the meantime, you can run F.I.R.E. Ready on your Mac using virtualization software such as Parallels Desktop.
